The only way to recover would be by sending the mail to your yahoo account

I just set up window mail and it works fine, but the question is why all
email from yahoo (Transfer from) imported to window mail and left none in
yahoo it self.
I would like to know if I can transfer back to original or safe all the
mail from window mail, so I can use them in other computer.

US-based free Yahoo accounts have webmail access only, no POP
access. Windows Mail handles POP mail but not Yahoo webmail.
Yahoo's solution is to pay for premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:
