Import problem

Using Outlook 2000, recently reinstalled. The import wizard for contacts does not show the option to import "Personal Folder File (.pst)" How can I enable this option?
 
How are you accessing this menu and what options do you have?

With the contacts folder open. I am selecting File, import/export, then Import from another program or file. The only options that come up are ACT, Comma...DOS, Comma... Windows, dBase, ECCO, Lotus organizer.

Then you need to install the importer from your Office CD.
