import palm *.aba contacts

How can I import my Palm contacts (*.aba) into my Microsoft Outlook
contacts???

I just did this, but I did a csv format.
I exported out csv. Imported into Yahoo. Then exported from yahoo and
imported into outlook. You may be able to skip yahoo, but mine didn't work
without the intermediate step.
I wanted to sync to my new phone.
Now I have too many contacts in my phone and don't know how to make a
contact sub set that nca be used just for the phone!

Any ideas?
