Import Outlook mail messages from an old hard drive?

How can I import Outlook mail messages from an old hard
drive(which has it's own Windows XP system) which I have
set as slave to my new PC(which run on another Windows
XP)? Help please.

Search the old HD for *.pst, enabling searching hidden files and folders.
Move what you find to the new HD and open them in Outlook with
File>Open>Outlook Data File (or Personal Folders File, depending on Outlook
version, whuich you didn't think was important enough to state).
