Import Outlook 2003 .pst file to Outlook 2002

I want to transfer some Outlook 2003 email to another PC using Outlook 2002.
Outlook 2002 can't read the Outlook 2003 .pst file nor can it read a .CSV
file created from Outlook 2003.

The only way to do this is as follows: In Outlook 2003 create a new pst
in 97-2002 format. Copy all the data you want to transfer to that new
pst file. Close the pst file. then copy that file to the other PC.
