Import Outlook 2003 e-mail addreses to Access 2000 file format

I have attempted to import data from Outlook 2003 to Access file format 2000
via File\Get External Data\Import "File Type Outlook" in order to create a
report from a shared mailbox. The biggest problem I am having is that it
doesn't show all of the e-mail addresses being used. It may show the display
name "John Smith" but not the e-mail address itself (e-mail address removed).
The questions is... How do I get the import to gather this information or
display this information. Please note, I have limited exposure to Access.

Hi Pat,

I *think* you will need to go into Outlook first and export the fields you
need to a text file, and then either import into Access from the text file,
or link to it. Me thinks that Microsoft has specifically removed the ability
to grab e-mail addresses directly, as a way of preventing viruses from
accessing the address book. But I could be wrong too.
