hi
i have a list of email addresses in a word document.
i want to import them all to my contacts folder.

is this possible? or do i have to add them manually?

Regards
Damien

I have tried setting the file up as a csv, and import them that way, but
that did not work.....

im using outlook 2003 also.

What exactly do you mean by "did not work"....

Hi Gordon
i set up the file as a csv (windows) file, then went to file, import and
export, import from another program or file, comma seperated values
(windows), then browse to the file, choosing to "allow duplicated to be
created", then for the destination folder, i choose the contacts folder.

and then i pressed finished, and it didnt work...

BUT

i figured it out in the meantime, i just needed to Map custome fields, ie
maped the name to the email field, and its working fine now.

Thanks
Damien
