Import multiple iCalendar items into outlook

I want to import multiple icalendar items from one .ics-file into
outlook without using import wizard (One way sync from web app to
outlook).
Is there any way without self parsing the icalendar file? If not,
anybody interested in creating an workable solution (outlook addin for
rfc2445 support)?
