import mail from windows live mail to outlook

I have my pop email accounts installed in windows live mai land wish to
transfer them all over to microsoft outlook 2007.

How can I do this to retain the emails I have and folder structure of the
accounts.

I have found a file of appox 8mb which I think id the backup file, called
'Mail.MSMessageStore' is this any good?

Have you looked at File-Export within WLM?

I should have stated that I no longer have WLM installed and unable to do
any functions to export within the WLM application. All I have Iis the
background files and folders from the application.

I think you will need to re-install WLM.....

OK - I can install WLM and what do i need to do from there, will the emails
populate back in once i create the emails accounts again??

Sorry, I don't understand that. When you have installed WLM and exported to
Outlook, uninstall WLM and the emails that you had downloaded into WLM
should appear in Outlook....if that's what you meant....

I have re-installed WLM, but the emails do not appear, the path of were the
emails have been stored are either moved or corrupt. I cannot get them back
into WLM to export them.

I was hoping that something could be done with the 'Mail.MSMessageStore' file.

Am I right i assuming this file is similiar to that using in Outlook, like
..pst

I have tried the File > Import feature in Outlook 2007 but when selecting to
find emails from WLM, it returns a message statting no emails can be found.
