Import Macro

I need to import 1 table from a different database in a macro. Can someone
send me a sample? I've gotten to RunCommand and selecting Import, but how do
I specify what table/database?

Excellent -- it was the "Database" of the TransferDatabase that got me
confused -- I just wanted a simple table. It work. Thanks!!
