Import Lotus Notes emails to Outlook?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a way, preferably free!, to import my Lotus Notes 6.0.3
emails to Outlook 2000.

Any suggestions?

FInd out if there's any format Lotus Notes will export that OL 2000 can
import. Help in each app will probably give you that answer.
