Import in Outlook

Could someone tell me how do I import outlook contacts in
windows xp that previous were exported from windows 2000 ?

Importing and exporting are a poor way to transfer Outlook data.
Since you did not say how these Contacts were exported, we cannot tell you
how to import them. How were they exported and in what format are these
Contacts?
