Import/Export Wizard only allows importing and exporting of favori

I am trying to export emails from my old (but still active) email account. I
have updated to microsoft xp on my home computer and have a whole range of
import/export options. When I use the web to log on to my old work email
account and try to export my email, the import/export wizard only allows
importing and exporting of favorites and cookies.

Help
 
Sounds like you're using the Import and Export command in Internet Explorer, not the one on Outlook's File menu.

Outlook Web Access has no export/import features.

FInd out if real Outlook can be employed to connect to the old mailbox. VPN
or RPC over HTTP come to mind.
