Import/Export inactive

Win98 Outlook2000 Premium - address book. The
Import/export is greyed out. I've reinstalled, repaired,
updated appied Service Packs. How to activate the
import/export of the contacts? Help please.
 
You're looking in the wrong place. The address book has nothing to do with
this. Import and Export is done from Outlook's File menu.
