import export did not work

What should I do when I cannot click in import export button? Button is grey
out and it does not change even when I change different views(mail, adresses,
ect.). I reinstalled whole Microsoft Office 2003 several times but always
with same result. I tried almost everything, but it just want come up.

When you did the install, did you select the "Importers and Exporters"
options for installation?

By the way, if you are thinking that you'll use export for backing up your
mail, stop thinking that way. Instead see
