Import Excel Spreadsheet Except First 5 Rows

I have a report that prints out the exact same way every time. I want to use
this as a table for a report. However, there are all kinds of merged titles
in the first five rows. What I really want to do is have the import forget
about the first five rows and import from 6 on. How can I do this without
naming a range?

My plan is to produce a database for others to use. Since I deal with
varying or no technological knowledge. I need the users to produce the
report, save it in a location, and then push a button to get what they want.
