Import data in to custom form in Outlook

Can I import contact data from either inside Outlook or from outside like
Access in to a form that has been customized in Outlook? I have tried,
including publishing the form to the folder that I imported the data in to,
and have set the folder properties to recognize only that form. However,
when I import the data it still comes up with the default form. Please email

Outlook doesn't support importing to a custom form. You'd have to write
custom code or use a third-party application. See
