import data from Outlook to Windows mail

My old computer crashed. I saved the harddrive and use it now as an external
memory to my new computer.
The old computer used Windows XP and Oultook (Express?), the new Vista and
Windows Mail.
How can I import the data from this external drive ( mail, adressbook etc.)
to my new computer in Windows Mail?
