import contacts from a zip file on desktop

I have exported a ms outlook zip file to my desktop and am trying to import
it into business outlook 2003 to my contacts and it will not work. Could you
please help me with this problem?
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with external data using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
