Import And Export

I am trying to transfer an Excel spreadsheet that has a
phone list on it into Outlook express. I am having trouble
doing this. I need for all of our company phone numbers
which are in Excel to be put into Outlook. I know that you
can export from Outlook to Excel but I can't seem how to
import into Outlook. Thank you for any helpful tips that
you may have.

though I haven't tried this you may take the following steps:
- export/save your Excel worksheet as CSV file (you may take a look at
the Outlook Express export file which data filed Outlook expects)
- goto Outlook Express and import this CSV file

what kind of problem do you currently encounter (what trouble do you
have)?
