import and export wizard

I am trying to import contacts into Outlook. I just installed MS OFFICE 2007
Enterprise edition onto my home pc that runs VISTA.
I found the import and export tab in the file menu of outlook but when I
click or double click there is no response. This option is highlighted. The
same thing (nothing) happens with the data file management option. I hope
someone can help me, thanks!

Where are you trying to import FROM?
