Import an Outlook 2000 .pst file into Outlook 2003

How do I import a Personal Folders file (.pst) created in Outlook 2000 into
Outlook 2003? Outlook 2003 tells me that an archive.pst file I created in
Outlook 2000 is "not a Personal Folders file."

Make sure the file isn't marked as "Read Only" and run scanpst.exe against
it to check it for errors.
Then don't use import but File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... to connect to
it
