import addresses from express 6 to outlook 2002

To import the outlook express address book I opened
outlook 2002 and went to import/export mail and addresses
from outlook express. it said 222 out of 275 addresses
were copied. but i can't get the rest of them to come
over. i did this on 2 computers in the same office with
Windows XP pro and the same thing happened. I know I have
done imported the address book before with out any
problems. What could be the problem here?

List the steps you used and how addresses were stored in OE.
