import address book

I am on a home network and have 2 PC's on it using Outlook Express. I got a
new laptop today that has Vista installed. I want to import my OE address
book into the Windows mail program on my laptop. Can someone please advise?

The OE addresses are stored in a .wab file.
Copy the .wab file to a temporary folder on the Vista computer, and Import
it into Windows Mail.
