import address book

I follow the outlook help and try to import my address book and messages form
outlook express to outlook 2007. When I followed the instructions, it didn't
want me to select the file I saved. So I failed again and again.....
Please tell me what to do. Thanks

Instead of importing into Outlook, try exporting from Outlook Express.
1. With Outlook '07 closed. Open Outlook Express Address Book> FILE> Export>
Address Book> Select Microsoft Exchange> Select the fields to send> Select
the Outlook Profile that you want to export to.
2. Open Outlook '07, and check if the export was successful.
