Import address and e-mail address

I have and Excel roster with names, address and email addresses. Is there a
way to import them into my Outlook address book?

Hi,

Yes, you can.

Use import option in Outlook and choose Outlook, specify which column to be
imported.

No, because the Address Book doesn't contain anything. Import it into your
Contacts folder. Tools>Import and Export>Import from another program or file.
