Import a Excel spreadsheet into a Text comments field on a form

Can an excel spreadsheet be imported into a field that is a text box on a
form.
When we copy and paste, we lose the formating of the spreadsheet.

Thanks in advance.
 
Prior to Access 2007, text boxes can only show unformatted text.

In Access 2007, they can show HTML, but not other formats.
