How does one prserve original font in a web page created/uploaded with
FrontPage 2003?

Don't try to do this. It really annoys users if they are prompted with
warnings about downloading binary components. Also, it bloats the size of
the page and thirdly, it only works in Internet Explorer. Other browsers
default to Times New Roman if the font is not already installed.

Microsoft has a font embedding tool which is available at:
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/WEFT.mspx

For parts of the page that absolutely need an exact font, try using the text
as part of a graphic.

Hope this helps
