How do I most easily imbed pictures when emailing a web page?

Use Outlook Express to compose your html msg...not Outlook.
That being said remember that a lot of people can't or don't recieve html
email.

How do I most easily imbed pictures when emailing a web page?

It's best not to embed them at all, but to upload all of the images to the
server, and then link to them with absolute paths: <img
src="http://www.mydomain.com/myimage.jpg">.
