IMAP - Purge messages

Hello

Is there a way to let Outlook automatically purge deleted messages from
IMAP-folders, for example on closing Outlook? Now I have to purge the
messages by hand every time, which I find very annoiing. Does anybody now a
way for this?

No. I add Purge Deleted Items to the toolbar.
You could always set your view to hide deleted items and only worry about
them once in a while.
