IMAP mail - Outlook 2003

Several questions re: Outlook (we are considering
migrating from Netscape)

(1)I know previous versions of Outlook do not work well
with IMAP mail (disconnecting, etc.). Have these problems
been addressed/fixed in Outlook 2003?

(2) Is there a 'switch identity' feature in Outlook 2003
that will allow multi users using one machine to switch
email accounts without logging out/in windows?

1) I don't have any issues with it but then again; I don't use my IMAP
account that often so I can't say how my daily use experiences are

2) Yes, you can configure several profiles by going to Control Panel->
Mail-> button Show Profiles...
