when receiving e- mail with image attachment, I am unable to open image. It
showes up as " no prieview available " in widow pictures and fax viewer. Am
using XP HOME
any suggestions ?

What type of file is the attachment?

Next to the title it says pps.

It depends on what format the image is done in.
