Images won't print from Outlook 2007

I have a user in the building who is unable to get embedded images in her emails to print. They appear just fine on the screen, but when she prints, there is just a red x inside of a box (the appropriate size for the image). This is new for me, and I can't figure out how to fix it. Can anyone help?
