okay new computer with windows xp sp2,new 17" flat screen
monitor internet explorer 6.0 sp1, websites with .jpg
pictues the pictures are blurry the .jpgs look like
bitmaps any suggestions onwhat settingis wrong

Easiest way to resolve this would be to update ie6.0 sp1

go to microsoft.com internet explorer and do update to
reflect ie 6.0 xpsp2
