Images Being Blocked

Although I don't have the 'Block images and other external content in HTML
e-mail'
checked, some emails have images blocked or at least marked with the x in
the
upper corner. I've checked settings in my Anti-Virus software and although I
have it
scan mail I see no settings to block images.

It may be the images are incorrectly referenced. Try taking the URL for the
image (use CTRL-F2 to view the source code of a message) and pasting it into
IE's address bar and see if the image shows. Otherwise, your associations

Are these all Forwarded messages?

If you send yourself an HTML message with an embedded graphics file, do you
see the image or the RedX?

It seems images are being blocked from mail from 1 place.. JC Penney.
It appears all others don't get blocked. When I click in the 'image' it
brings
up the site or link properly.
