My Problem:

When I attempt to burn a DVD video using ImageMixer V1.5 I receive the
following error:

Maybe you should try Sony's web site since it is their
program and not Microsoft's.

Did you try www.ImageMixer.com for this error message?

DVD drive does not exist.

Have you had problems with your DVD drive before? Uninstall
and then reinstall the software? Did this just start happening?

Or over at one of these?
