Image Zone Express freezes

When i try to use image zone experss, It freezes when I click Accept. I have
to use ctrl, alt, delete to shut it off. Of course, i loose the scan then. I
have deleated and reloaded it several times but that doesnt help. Any
suggestions? thanks----Bob
