Hello to All,
Does anyone know if it is possible to create an XP embedded master image
with a Static IP address on a 1394 Netcard (firewire). I have tried even
modifying the Registry to no avail. A new instance of the 1394 Netcard is
created on every new clone. I am beginning to think, it is the nature of the
firewire card. Any help is appreciated.

You can disable the automatic execution of the first boot agent by
setting its priority to 12000. This allows you to make modifications
to the image (e.g., setting a static IP address on the desired NIC).
Once all settings are correct you can physically copy the files off
the device and make the files your new image. Once you deploy you
will have to run fbreseal manually to seal the device.
