Image toolbar

why does my image toolbar always save a .jepg image as
a .bitmap format. it saved them "as is" and now is saving
them all as bitmaps. how do you change this setting and
where??

Your Internet Explorer Temporary Files Cache is full and
needs to be emptied.

Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
and perform some housekeeping.
