Can someome please tell me if there is an easier way to extend the viewing
time of a photo instead of doing each one individually?

Yes indeed, this TweakPS is a very useful tool and I have been using it since
it became available. But now I have Vista and it seems it is not compatible,
in any case it doesn't work anymore!
