image thumbnails have disappeared

have 2000pro at work -- recently office, visio and
frontpage 2003 were installed ... now the thumbnail view
does not work properly .. all our recorded jpeg's don't
show any more as thumbnail pics in explorer... any idea
why?

Thank you so much for posting the information. I also had been fighting the
thumbnail problem. Fixed now !
