Is there a command that will load image resizer without starting up
Explorer? I have it on the right-click, but would like to use it separately.

Maybe you would find the excellent freeware
IrfanView to be useful:

IrfanView 3.85

(get the plug-ins too)

I have used Irfanview for years. Also Retriever, which I like better for
resizing. But I seldom use Windows Explorer. I use Nico Commander and
wanted a single click simple-minded resizer to use in that.

Never ask a barber whether you need a

To each his own...I don't know how resizing
could be any easier than the WInXP PowerToy.
