image quality

I have been using Camtasia, PPT and MM to try to make high quality movies
(using photos stills, small movie-ettes and audio. MM seems to have it all -
except... when you add an (jpeg) image to the time line, it compresses it so
that the image looks blurred and the movie is then too low quality. Can you
stop this compression happneing somehow? Camtasia does not suffer from this...
Thanks!

The preview mode of MM2 uses lower quality 320x240.... the quality of the
saved movie would depend on what you choose for the quality. \

And, if you're using it for computer viewing/projection, you can bump the
quality up if needed by using a custom profile.
