Image Properties - Copyright - How?

I regularly change the properites of my photos I share with others...Subject,
Keywords, comments, author.

How do you set the property - Copyright?

Are there other ways to protect my photos?

Exifer allows you to edit exif data of JPGs. You can add your desired field.
However it is not very secure to do just that. More reliable ways are to
insert a hidden or visible watermark. This one does that too.
