Image name?

Sorry to bother anyone with a trival matter, but after I
installed the MicroSoft AntiSpyware Beta, I started
noticing an image 'GIANTAntispyware.exe' executing on my
system.

Why is this runtime image name for this product? Is the
product based upon a buyout?

Yes, it went into beta in December just after Microsoft purchased it from
GIANT, the original developers of AntiSpyware, expect to see this either
change in beta 2 or near release time.
