Image is not visible in print preview when watermark is added.

In Tools > Options > Print, if "Drawing objects" and "Background colors and
images" are not checked, then check them.

"Background colors and images" should not need to be checked for "printed
watermarks" (only for "backgrounds," which don't ordinarily print), but,
even with "Drawing objects" checked, if an already light image is then
formatted as "washout" (as it automatically is when inserted as a
watermark), it may well not be visible except when the header is active.
