Can anyone point me to a tool where I can allow users to upload pictues
through an ASPupload type application and have them display online on a
preset gallery page?

This is intended for an application like a sports club where they have no
site access other than the upload provided.

I've looked in the past but haven't used any of them so I wouldn't feel
comfortable recommending one over another.
