How do I set Image Composer as my default photo program

In FrontPage see http://mvp.wiserways.com/tutorials/editors/index.html

The tutorial uses TopStyle as the default CSS editor but the steps are the
same, just select jpg, gif and png for the extensions to associate.

Ducks - I am running ME on my computer. It is now using Microsoft Composer
and I would like to switch to Frontpage Image Composer.
Thanks.

MIC is Microsoft Image Composer. There is no FrontPage Image Composer.
