Image Color distorted in Access Form

I am using the Access 2000 to develop a simple application to store some material records. Records are maintaned by using the Form, and there's a image linked in the form. The image files in JPG format are stored on seperate folder and linked to corresponding file when record is retrieved. However, the image color is distorted whatever property 'Clip', 'Stretch' or 'Zoom' I have tried

Try changing your image file name from xxx.JPG to xxx.jpg
