Image Burn onto CDRW Media?

yes you can as well on a CDRW as on a CDR. I've done that with some live
CD linux, just to try, and I erased them afterward to reuse the media.
I used CD Burner XP downloadable for free on http://www.cdburnerxp.se/
that supports very well ISO images in both directions.

Yes, you can. I will suggest you to use Nero for the same. Free software that
comes in CD with every CD-RW. Open Nero Express and just click the "Disk
Image or Saved Project" option. Give the location of your ISO file and just
click the Burn button.

Yes but not with built in tools. Try double clicking the Iso image. If a
burning program opens then use that to burn the image to disk.
